Normally, when I ordered things through internet I kept in touch with them by email and the phones to avoid the problem. Last month I ordered Acer from laptopspark and they promised to give me flash as a gift. I received the notebook with no problem; but still didnt find the flash as a gift. I called the laptopspark and they said they had shipped the flash. Finally they gave me compensation and reshipped me a flash. But I found there was a flash when I received the second one some days later, I appreciate the customer service. But what I should do now? Do I return the flash?
