I received the phone message and when I turned it on it said, my orders shipping address is incorrect. I called back. They informed me that I left an incorrect postcode for my address. They said they would check all shipping address before they shipped item. They would contact the customer if there was a problem. I gave them my correct postcode. I appreciate their attention for my order. And I received the email when they shipped my item and tell me the tracking number, I can track my order on the internet by myself. 4 days later, my new laptop arrived safely and I appreciate the customer service.
