How good is this laptop with gaming?

Hi,

I want to buy a new laptop from acer with these specifications:

Acer 5742G-454G75MN

intel core i5 450m

windows 7 home premium 64-bit

4 gb ddr3 ram

nvidia gt 540m 1 gb, with phisX

750 GB HDD

Can someone tell me how good this laptop is and if it can play games on medium-high settings.

I am not a real gamer but I do like to play some games now and then.

Some games:

Call of duty modern warfare 2, World at War, Black ops

Counter Strike source (It would probably run in max settings but not sure)

Other valve games like portal 2 or half life 2.

Fallout 3 and new vegas

splinter cell conviction

Maybe you can name some other games it would run and with which game settings it will run good.

And some other older and newer games. Maybe someone who has this graphics card or information or experience about it can help me out.

Maybe some game settings would be nice.
