Which tablet pc is the best?

First off Id like to say i do like apple but im not spending 600-800 bucks on a i pad. Id like to keep the price under $200. I was looking at the android superpad. Basicaly what I need is something for college. I dont like having to lug my laptop around so i want to update. I need to type documents (.doc of course), browse the web and stream video. Also im a bit of a movie buff so watching HD videos is a must (the superpad had hdmi out which is prety cool). and thats prety much it, i have an iphone 4 so i dont need games or skype bc i know the superpad has some problems with that stuff. if anyone knows of a nice tablet pc that fits my criteria, please let me know. thanks =)
