How can I turn off the side scrolling tool on Windows 7? When I use the mouse pad, it drags to either another page or document. This in turn causes me to have to go back many pages before getting back to the page I had actually wanted to view. Is there a way to shut off this side scrolling tool on a Toshiba Windows 7 laptop? ACER laptop Compaq laptop SONY laptop ASUS laptop __________________
