Laptop question any help will help?

how do i restore my computer that runs window vista back to factory settings, without using f11 when it starts up cause it doesnt work. is there another way to put it back to factory settings its a hp pavillion tx1000 window vista. again i cant do f11 it does not work but i want it back to factory settings please help thank you :)
