Need help, black screen on boot of Windows laptop?
I am having a problem with my Windows OS laptop. When booting, I am taken to a black screen with a blinking cursor in the top left corner. After waiting, it just stays at this screen and I have no idea what to do about it. I've browsed some forums, and there has been no definitive answer, different methods work for different people. Anyone have a clue how to get rid of this so I can be taken to the login screen?
