Wacom Intuos4 Medium or Wireless?

Ive been wondering which one should i pick cause i'll be buying one.

My questions are, what do the Medium have that wireless one version doesn't have, why would i get it and not the other one?

How do i draw using the certain tablet? Do i draw like i'm drawing on a piece of paper?

Can i use Facebook with it?

Can i draw without connecting it to the pc?

Can i install and play games with it?

How do i install Adobe Photoshop CS5 with it?

Like on other Android Tablets, can i play music with it?

Can you give me reasons why would i buy this graphic tablet and not use my money on other thing?
