Ok, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm young. I'm going to college for computer support. I bought a laptop from walmart about two years ago. I also had a two year warrenty with it. Well, long story short, this laptop has messed up 10 different times, and each time I had to send it off to get the harddrive replaced. And everytime I got it back, it was a completely new harddrive. It would work for maybe 3 weeks to 2 months before it would mess up again. Now the only websites I go to mainly are: Facebook, Youtube, Gamefly, and Hotmail. I know how now to get viruses. I know what they look like. I do not download anything I can not trust. I don't open any email I don't recognize. I've been being VERY CAREFUL with this laptop. I let it get proper cooling. I always run system diagnostics everyday cause this is what they told me to do. I always had a very GOOD anti virus and firewall. Now my laptop has just messed up again, and I don't know why. It started acting all slow, freezing up. I cut it off, cut it back on, and it just wouldn't start. So now it's giving me the 20-fffe-045d error which means I need a new hard drive. Can I sue Toshiba for all this hard trouble i've had to go through? This product was not reliable at all. It's like it was specifically designed to keep messing up. I probably have had at least a thousand dollars worth of work on this laptop in the past 2 years. Now my warrenty has expired. And I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
