Atrix Lapdock or HP Pavilion dm1z?

Currently I have a Clear Spot 4G MiFi with an iTouch 4G and pay $45/month for unlimited internet. Clear sucks, was thinking to buy this $350 basically new Atrix 4G then buying the dock ($420), connecting the phone to T-Mobile (if possible) or continuing using my Clear Spot and using Google Voice, etc. My old laptop's USB ports died and I wanted a Blutooth USB hub so that I can connect sync my songs, etc. I was wondering if I'm better off with buying a HP Pavilion dm1z and keeping the iPod or, get the Atrix, the lapdock, and a USB Bluetooth Hub to fix my laptop's lack of USBs' problem. I want this laptop I currently have to be the last laptop, I don't need a new one..
